Clint Honeycutt, Sr. has been in the Fall Protection and Rescue industry since 1988 in which he started as a manufacturer’s representative for one of the largest Fall Protection companies in the world. His territory spanned Louisiana, Mississippi, and Western Tennessee. In 1998, he started his own company, Safety Connection, Inc. where Clint and his highly skilled team members train clients in Fall Protection & Industrial Rescue, Tower-Climbing, Crane Fall Protection & Rescue, and many other areas. Safety Connection, Inc. utilizes their expertise for training, installations, inspections, audits, and on-site consulting. Safety Connection, Inc. also assists in writing Fall Protection and Rescue procedures as part of Comprehensive Managed Fall Protection Programs for many companies. Clint has been recognized by the Judicial System as an Expert Witness in regards to Fall related incidents. He has gained knowledge by working with the end user to solve Fall Protection problems for offshore drilling rigs, production platforms, towers, utility companies, manufacturing facilities, petrochemical plants, scaffolding companies, residential and commercial construction companies, grain facilities, salt mines, railcar facilities, and many other sites. He is currently a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), National Association of Tower Erectors (NATE), Safety Council, ISNetworld, PICS, PEC, Gulf Coast Safety and Training Group, and the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC). Clint is also a voting member of the ANSI Z359 Fall Protection Committee in which he works with both ANSI and OSHA to improve standards for Fall Protection.
